Job summary

Darwoft is hiring a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) for a fully remote role in LATAM. You will own data ingestion pipelines, CRM integrations, and the data warehouse to support fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients.

Requires 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL (BigQuery), dbt/Dataform, Python, and experience with marketing metrics. Collaboration across multi-client environments and CI/CD practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or a comparable ETL platform.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, managing modular, version-controlled SQL transformation pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows, multi-client data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture — connect and maintain API pipelines into Adverity and build custom Python connectors.
• Own CRM integration — ensure lead/enrollment data flows into warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery with scalable schemas and storage strategy.
• Own transformation & mapping — build modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines in dbt/Dataform.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation — robust, tested releases with multi-client separation.
• Enable the reporting layer — enable Looks Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality — monitor pipelines, validate data, flag risks.
