Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own end-to-end data pipelines, connecting paid media accounts and CRMs into a single source of truth. This remote role supports education and nonprofit clients, with Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports driving client success.

You will build scalable pipelines with Adverity, BigQuery, dbt or Dataform, and ensure data quality, CI/CD, and multi-client data segregation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering, preferably in marketing or agency.
• Experience configuring data streams and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL tools.
• SQL with BigQuery, data modeling, and partitioning.
• dkbt/Dataform pipelines with modular, version-controlled SQL.
• Python for API connectors and automation.
• CRM data flows (Salesforce/HubSpot/Slate) integration.
• Understand marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from ad platforms to the warehouse.
• Manage CRM integrations to ensure clean lead/enrollment data flow.
• Design and maintain the Google BigQuery warehouse and efficient schemas.
• Build modular dbt/Dataform transformations with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Create performant Looker Studio views and automated reports for clients.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues across source/warehouse/BI layers.
