Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion and integrations to join our remote LATAM team. You will design connectors, ingest pipelines, and CI/CD for multi-cloud environments, working closely with customers to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Proficiency in Python/Go and SQL/NoSQL is required.

This role offers 100% remote work, USD payment terms, and exposure to cybersecurity-focused data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software/data/related fields.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience for transformation and modeling.
• Expertise with Python or Go for backend services.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or Dataform pipelines.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs and data integrations.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Knowledge of CRM data flows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate) is a plus.
• Understanding marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEM systems, and networks.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and integration constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for processing security data and high-volume sources.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services primarily using Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for storage and analysis.
• Deploy and operate Docker and Kubernetes containers across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot deployments across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
