Job summary

Darwoft is hiring a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors for a 100% remote role in LATAM. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, work with enterprise data sources, and coordinate with architects and customers to deliver reliable data platforms.

You will implement backend services in Python/Go, build connectors, and operate in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Travel/onsite work is limited but available as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data/platform engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Proficient with REST APIs and integration.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• CI/CD practices and Git-based workflows.
• Able to translate customer requirements into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, and SIEMs.
• Engage with customers to understand environments, data flows, and constraints.
• Lead onboarding from discovery to deployment in production.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data sources.
• Develop using Python and/or Go; work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across layers.
