AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models behind a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to design semantic layers for BI tools and AI agents.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP tooling is a strong plus; you will enable natural-language querying over certified HR data and connect internal AI tooling securely.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, Python, and Spark-based tooling.
• Build data models and semantic layers for HR data warehouse consumption.
• Collaborate with BI teams and AI agents to enable natural language querying.
• Tune and monitor pipelines to achieve high uptime and data quality.
• Integrate Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling for agentic querying.
• Design and implement MCP connections between Snowflake and AI tools.
