AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models behind a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to design semantic layers for BI tools and AI agents.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling is a strong plus, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable data access across the organization.

Formación

• Senior/Lead level data engineering experience.
• Experience building data pipelines for large data warehouses.
• Proficient in Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow.
• Familiarity with semantic layers and BI/AI integrations.
