Workana LLC is seeking an experienced Datacenter Technician to support Break/Fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration. The role involves mentoring junior technicians, validating cabling, and ensuring reliable, secure data center operations in line with SOPs/MOPs.

You will act as a technical liaison, monitor tickets, guide teams on server components and PDUs, and ensure adherence to safety and security procedures within customer-site environments.

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure lifecycle efficiency.
• Guides and coaches technicians on best practices for PDUs and replacement hardware, avoiding disruption to critical infrastructure.
• Guides technicians on implementing network communications and solutions and signs off on client configurations.
• Validates cabling and connectivity, ensuring devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitors tickets, mentors technicians, and implements solutions to troubleshoot systems within SLAs; documents steps and trends.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules during tasks.
• Maintains security procedures and conducts functional security testing.
• Ensures health and safety compliance including PPE and site access.
