Oracle in LATAM seeks a Remote Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee clinical deliverables across global projects, ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will mentor the team of CRAs and Central Monitors, manage resources, and drive monitoring strategy, RBM implementation, and issue escalation while maintaining audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team to oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities and IP management for studies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTCs).
• Develop monitoring strategies, RBM tools, and study-specific plans.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of tools and templates.
