AgileEngine LATAM seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to supervise global clinical monitoring activities, ensuring project deliverables meet contract commitments, quality, and sponsor expectations while balancing speed and cost.

You will manage a remote team of CRAs and central monitors, drive study metrics, develop analytics strategies, and support monitoring plans with RBM tools. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential for cross-country collaboration.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies.
Coordinate resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants.
Develop monitoring strategy and analytics for projects.
Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
