Job summary

PwC is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across multiple countries. You will lead the centralized monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and ensure delivery of study objectives while controlling quality, speed, and cost in line with SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, strong English skills, and experience in RBM and analytics. Manage resources and mentor junior staff in a global, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Experience leading a clinical monitoring team is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads.
• Oversee study deliverables, risk identification and mitigation (IP management, re-supply, labeling).
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategy and study analytics, RBM tools and templates.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
