Oracle is seeking a Remote Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee the global monitoring team, ensuring adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines while driving timely delivery and issue mitigation across studies.

You will manage resources, mentor staff, and develop analytics strategies, collaborating with project teams to optimize quality, speed, and cost of delivery within IQVIA SOPs and client requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage resources across global projects.
• Develop monitoring strategy and study analytics in collaboration with project teams.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness for study tools and templates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and compliance.
