• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws/regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the Centralized Monitoring team and oversees clinical deliverables.
• Mentors junior staff and manages project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Performs data and trend analysis and supports continuous process improvements.
