Oracle is seeking to strengthen its Datacenter Services Operations team. The role emphasizes break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration and augmentation, and robust technical support to ensure uptime and reliability across client environments.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, enforcing SOPs/MOPs, and collaborating with vendors to ensure SLAs are met while driving continuous improvement in data center operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validates cabling and checks network environment build and connectivity.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment and mentors less experienced technicians.
• Trains advanced fix and repair techniques that align with SOPs/MOPs for Data Center Change Control processes.
• Acts as a technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules; ensures security and safety procedures.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and colocation partners to test installations and validate performance.
