AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, develop XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

You will collaborate with marketing and analytics to ingest and activate data, build cross-channel journeys in AJO, and mentor junior engineers on AEP best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage) and data integration.
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the XDM schemas and standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows ensuring high data quality and governance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
