AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will architect RTCDP and AJO solutions, design XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

Partnering with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation is central here, with mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams in AEP best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in Data Architecture, MarTech, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep knowledge of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience in data ingestion and integration strategies.
• Identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• SQL proficiency and ability to translate marketing goals into data architecture.
• Strong communication to align marketing and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas with standardized taxonomies.
• Configure ingestion pipelines (batch/streaming) into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced RTCDP audience segments for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensuring quality, governance, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on AEP best practices.
