AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specializing in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, develop XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

Lead data ingestion pipelines, collaborate with marketing and analytics, and mentor engineers on AEP best practices while ensuring governance and privacy compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Expertise with Adobe Experience Platform: RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep knowledge of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion and integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and marketing automation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas to standardize data taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to orchestrate cross‑channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows ensuring data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
