AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will architect RTCDP and AJO solutions, design XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution frameworks to power unified profiles.

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion, activation, and cross-channel journeys in AJO, RTCDP, and XDM, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring data governance and privacy compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
