We are seeking a Data Architect specializing in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise, architect RTCDP and AJO solutions, design XDM schemas and configure identity resolution that powers unified customer profiles. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience with data ingestion and integration strategies.
• Identity management and unified customer profiles.
• SQL proficiency and knowledge of marketing automation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures in AEP with RTCDP and AJO.
• Develop and maintain XDM schemas and standardized taxonomies.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP.
• Define identity resolution and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO.
• Create advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensuring data quality, governance and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
