AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. This role focuses on RTCDP and AJO, designing XDM schemas and configuring identity resolution frameworks that power unified customer profiles.

You will partner with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation, architect data pipelines, and provide technical leadership to engineers while guiding best practices in AEP across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Deep understanding of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience in data ingestion and integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and translating marketing objectives to technical data architectures.
• Upper-intermediate English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures within AEP focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Maintain XDM schemas and standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage RTCDP audience segments for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensure data quality, governance and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on AEP best practices.
