Job summary

Coalfire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple initiatives, coordinating with DivisionHex teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget. You will be the main contact for clients and internal teams, develop plans, secure resources, manage risks, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing, consulting environment.
• Minimum 3 years managing cybersecurity or penetration testing engagements.
• Bachelor's Degree or associate degree plus equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full project life cycle for multiple initiatives from initiation to deployment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer and Coalfire team.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
• Secure resources to achieve objectives within planned timeframes.
• Provide status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks and issues to leadership.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines and change management.
