Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an Advisory Project Manager to coordinate consulting engagements from initiation through closeout. The role partners with delivery teams across cloud, compliance, and advisory practices to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality are maintained.

You'll manage client communications, risks, and dependencies while guiding governance and continuous improvement, with a flexible work model and international delivery opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive project management experience in consulting or technology.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Familiarity with governance, RAID, status reporting, and issue escalation.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
