Job summary

Coalfire is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project life cycle management within Assessment Services. You will partner with client teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, coordinating cross-functional resources and stakeholders.

You’ll craft plans, manage risks, track progress, and communicate with sponsors and customers. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in client-facing consulting environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a client-facing, consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or associate degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple initiatives.
• Serve as main contact for customer and Coalfire team.
• Prepare project plans for all phases with appropriate detail.
• Secure resources with Resource Deployment Managers to achieve timelines.
• Manage day-to-day activities with the engagement lead.
• Provide status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Ensure projects meet established quality standards and methodologies.
• Develop progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
