Syneos Health in Argentina seeks a Project Associate to drive and support project management activities for clinical trials, from single studies to global projects, coordinating tasks, documentation, and timelines.

The role requires collaboration with project leads, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel. English proficiency is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office Applications and project management software.
• Ability to travel up to 5% (preferred).
• Effective verbal and writing skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drives the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.
• Ensures projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient execution.
• Conducts ongoing analysis of project performance to drive goals.
• Maintains and contributes to study financial reports and financial health.
• Documents project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Leads communication between project team members and stakeholders.
• Documents and escalates project risks and issues, driving follow‑through.
• Maintains PM systems and methodologies; supports QA activities.
