Syneos Health in Buenos Aires is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist to oversee contract management for multi-country clinical trials in a Hybrid work setting. You will coordinate with protocol, consent, site, and sponsor documents, negotiate budgets, and ensure timely execution of CTAs and archival of records.

The role requires strong contracts management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical environments, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining quality

Formación

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and contracting parameters.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Quality-driven with strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor, lead and motivate junior staff.
• Demonstrate training and quality assurance contributions.

Responsabilidades

• Administers all contract management processes across protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer documents at a project level.
• Lead multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials; support country templates and site agreements; ensure QA and archival of documents; provide liaison in negotiations until resolution.
• Work with Contract Managers on active project management of ongoing contract issues.
• Generate amended contract and/or budget documents; streamline contract management documentation and processes.
• Maintain timelines, track milestones in SSU systems; communicate with legal, finance, and clinical operations; facilitate contract execution.
• Maintain contract templates and site-specific files; train and mentor staff on SOPs and SOPs/WIs; update training materials.
• Provide status updates on contract statuses or pending issues; prepare correspondence as necessary.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of the project and hours per contract; escalate discrepancies.
• Ensure SOPs and WIs compliance and timesheet accuracy.
