Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction-DS to lead execution and delivery of complex construction projects at scale. The role directs contractors and partners to stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget while upholding design standards and safety requirements.

The team drives governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across projects, mentoring staff to sustain high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; 3 years’ in construction management or 5 years’ related experience.
• Experience leading construction teams and coordinating contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Review and approve drawings and specs before procurement and construction.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart and regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to resolve issues and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Store Development, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations.
• Drive process improvements and document best practices.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to teams.
