Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of analytics strategies across Driver Earnings, Disbursements, Finance Operations, Tax, Controls and Compliance. You will translate data into actionable insights and mentor the team.

This role sits in the Earnings Excellence Finance Data Analytics team, delivering dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and data governance to support regulatory needs and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong SQL, Python, BigQuery, and dashboarding skills.
• Ability to turn business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Experience leading analytics projects and mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics and reporting across Driver Earnings, Disbursements, Finance Operations, Tax, Controls, and Compliance.
• Develop and standardize Metrics That Matter reporting for leadership and risk visibility.
• Support executive and operational reporting that shows what changed and why.
• Lead data quality, governance, and metric standardization efforts.
• Turn unclear business problems into practical analytics solutions.
• Lead UAT for Spark Driver initiatives and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
