Walmart is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics to support the Store Delivery Design team. This role uses data‑driven insights and qualitative inputs to balance cost, service and compliance goals, partnering across teams to improve the Store Delivery model for Grocery and Ambient commodities.

Responsibilities include leading communications to partners, supporting major events and projects, and guiding decisions that impact stores and customers daily.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 2 years’ data analytics experience, or 4 years’ data analytics experience.
• Masters preferred: MBA, Information Systems, or Statistics.

Responsabilidades

• Become a subject‑matter expert in Store Delivery Design and understand DCs, transportation models, commodities, store attributes and operating models.
• Provide input on Store Delivery models when reviewed or created.
• Support planning and execution of events affecting Store Delivery design (holidays, openings, realignments).
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders about changes and impacts.
• Own execution of important tasks in various projects with multiple projects ongoing.
• Foster strong cross‑functional partnerships to support business goals.
