Descripción del empleo

Position Summary…

You’ll lead the end-to-end analytics strategy for Reverse Supply Chain, building and developing a team that turns raw operational data into reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive better decisions across the network. This role owns how the organization sees its performance — what we measure, how we measure it, and how that information shapes day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. You’ll bring strong leadership, deep analytical fluency, and the ability to translate trends and anomalies into clear, actionable recommendations. Success in this role means anticipating issues before they surface, surfacing the story behind the numbers, and influencing stakeholders at every level with insight they can act on.

About the Team

The Network Reporting & Insights team is the analytical backbone of Strategic Programs & Enablement, supporting Reverse Supply Chain operations, used assets, and broader portfolio reporting. We build the reporting, dashboards, and scorecards leaders rely on, and we partner closely with operations, merchandising, finance, transportation, and home office teams to make data accessible and useful. This is a highly cross‑functional group that values curiosity, rigor, and clear communication. The work is fast‑paced and highly visible — our outputs shape leadership conversations, drive operational improvements, and set the standard for how the network measures success.

What you’ll do…
  • Lead the end-to-end analytics strategy for Reverse Supply Chain, including reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and self‑service data products
  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of managers and analysts across data, reporting, analytics, and insights
  • Translate trends, anomalies, and patterns in the data into actionable insights and business solutions for operations and leadership
  • Define the reporting roadmap and prioritize requests across RC operations, used assets, sustainability, and portfolio‑level needs
  • Establish standards for data quality, definitions, and metric governance so the organization has one consistent source of truth
  • Partner with data engineering, BI, and technology teams to design scalable data pipelines, models, and visualization solutions
  • Anticipate operational and network risks by identifying leading indicators and proactively surfacing issues before they impact performance
  • Deliver clear, executive‑ready narratives and recommendations to senior leaders, simplifying complex data into compelling stories
  • Influence cross‑functional stakeholders — operations, transportation, merchandising, finance — through data‑driven insight rather than direct authority
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes, and analytical capabilities to raise the bar on speed, accuracy, and impact
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics, reporting, or insights teams in a fast‑paced, complex operations environment
  • Strong analytical and data fluency, including the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and translate findings into action
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills with a track record of building high‑performing, engaged teams
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — able to communicate clearly and build trust across all levels, from analysts to senior executives
  • Experience designing reporting frameworks, KPI structures, and dashboards that drive operational and strategic decisions
  • Working knowledge of modern data and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and a strong partnership orientation with technical teams
  • Strategic mindset paired with operational practicality — able to see the big picture while ensuring the team delivers reliable, day‑to‑day reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a clear story with data for executive audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving clarity in a fast‑moving environment
  • Supply chain, logistics, retail operations, or reverse logistics background preferred
