Hirebridge seeks a Principal Compliance Services Representative to join the Managed Services Department. The role leads client projects, optimizes our Compliance Services function, and supports onboarding and issue resolution for new clients.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in client service, strong analytics, and experience with Salesforce/Jira, and Excel, enabling cross-functional collaboration and timely, quality deliverables while managing complex configurations.

Formación

• 4+ years of client service-related work experience.
• Excellent time management, data analysis and communication skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce, UiPath (preferred), Jira, and similar business apps; strong Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage client project plans from kickoff to transition.
• Provide onboarding, training and project-based services for clients using Sovos products.
• Ensure on-time project delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Handle configuration tasks and document client procedures thoroughly.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and resolve client escalations and issues.
