Sovos Latinoamérica seeks a Principal Compliance Services Representative to join the Managed Services team in San Miguel de Tucumán. You will lead client projects, coordinate onboarding, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.

In this role you will develop project plans, manage risks, and provide training and documentation for client implementations, working across departments to streamline integrations and resolve

Formación

• 4+ years of Client Service related work experience (preferred).
• Excellent Time management, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce, UiPath (preferred), Jira, and similar business applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage client project plans from kickoff to transition.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and other project-based services for clients using Sovos products.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with high quality and client satisfaction, including configuration tasks.
