Sovos is seeking a Principal Compliance Services Representative to lead client projects within the Managed Services group. You will own onboarding, training, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth implementations for new clients and effective resolutions for escalations.

Rolling out configurations and ensuring high client satisfaction while adhering to regulatory requirements will be a core part of this role in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of Client Service related work experience (preferred).
• Excellent Time management, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce, UiPath (preferred), Jira, and similar business applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage client project plans from kickoff until transition to Compliance Services teams.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and other project-based services for clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with high quality and client satisfaction, in addition to executing key configuration tasks.
• Act as primary point of contact during onboarding and the Cancellation process for the client.
• Complete configuration tasks and thorough client procedures documents.
• Develop and manage the project plan, project risks, and resolve project-related issues.
• Identify improvements to processes, documents, tools, reports to benefit new customer implementation.
• Manage decommissioning of churn clients and transitions after implementation.
• Provide training and documentation leveraging Trainers.
• Translate client business logic into technical specifications, develop customizations, manage configuration and testing through sign-off.
• Identify opportunities for Consulting and Voluntary Disclosure Agreements based on past due properties.

Position:

Principal Compliance Services Representative

Department:

Position Summary:

The Principal Compliance Services Representative will join the Managed Services Department. This position will work in leading projects to optimize our current Compliance Services Department, support the team by assisting with filing projects, and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless integrations for new clients as well as providing support to team members with client escalations and issue resolution. This role will also assist the Compliance Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Position Responsibilities:

The PCSR will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing client project plans from project kickoff until the transition to the Compliance Services teams. Will delivers onboarding, training, and other project-based services for clients utilizing Sovos’ products and/or service offerings. The position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time with a high level of quality and client satisfaction, in addition to executing key configuration tasks.

Integration Testing:

• Act as primary point of contact during the onboarding and Cancellation process for the client
• Complete configuration tasks
• Complete thorough client procedures documents which include all configuration details and any other necessary information
• Develop and manage the project plan, project risks, and actively resolve project related issues as they arise
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes, documents, tools, reports, etc. to benefit the new customer implementation process
• Manage decommissioning of churn clients
• Perform a seamless, documented and thorough transition after implementation is complete
• Prepare project plans for basic assigned tasks, balancing commitments across multiple projects
• Provide training and documentation leveraging efforts with Trainers.
• Understand the client business logic and translate those requirements into technical specifications, develop the customizations, manage the configuration process and manage the testing process through sign-off
• Identify potential opportunities for Consulting and Voluntary Disclosure Agreements based on review of past due properties.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Client Service related work experience (preferred).
• Excellent Time management, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce, UiPath (preferred), Jira, and similar business applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, with extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
• Ability to work individually, as a member of a team, and cross-functionally.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
