Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality, deliver technical presentations, and translate complex data into commercial value for key operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of directional drilling related experience.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical information into business value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
