Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will focus on automation, tooling, and incident management to ensure reliable delivery for Fortune 500 clients.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes production experience, strong Linux skills, and proficiency with cloud providers such as Azure or AWS. You’ll work with observability tools and contribute to scalable, proactive operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting across stack from app to infra.
• Experience with public cloud providers, preferably Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Leverage observability tooling for actionable alerts and runbooks.
• Manage end-to-end incidents incl. RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance scalability.
• Keep software and hardware up to date and support upgrades.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
