Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, including automation and incident management.

You will work with observability tooling, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients onto the platform, and build automation to reduce manual work while ensuring scale and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• English level: Upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
