Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and system reliability within our Cloud Platform Engineering Team. You will focus on cloud-agnostic portability, Kubernetes administration, IaC, and automated CI/CD workflows.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, multi-cloud experience, and Keycloak IAM expertise. You will implement secure secrets, GitHub Workload Identity Federation, and

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and IaC methodologies.
• Deep experience designing and maintaining deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).
• Experience deploying and maintaining Keycloak/IAM environments.
• Understanding of OIDC, identity management, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Experience with secrets management and cloud security best practices.
• Experience working with GCP/GKE and multi-cloud or cloud-agnostic infrastructure approaches.

Responsibilities

• Kubernetes Administration: Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes (GKE, with Helm and Kustomize).
• Infrastructure as Code: Build modular cloud-agnostic infrastructure using Terraform for cross-cloud deployments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows for testing, containerization, and deployment.
• Manage container images and deployment workflows using GHCR.
• IAM & Platform Deployment: Deploy and scale Keycloak clusters.
• Configure GitHub Workload Identity Federation to provide secure access to cloud resources.
• Implement and maintain secure secrets management practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate deployment strategies including GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux.
• Contribute to reliability, scalability, security, and portability of the cloud platform.
