Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. You will own cloud infrastructure management, automation, and SRE practices to support POCs, workshops and global product demos.

You’ll work with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists and Solution Architects to provision, maintain and optimize high-availability environments, while driving automation and FinOps. Expect a high-impact role enabling reliable demonstrations of IDMC services across

Formación

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering
• B.Tech / B.E or equivalent technical degree
• Hands-on with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes and secure CI/CD automation pipelines
• Strong scripting (Python, Shell) and Linux/Windows administration
• Familiarity with Data/AI tools and platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Spark, Airflow) and AI productivity tools

Responsabilidades

• Platform Management & Automation for multi-cloud demo, POC and workshop environments
• Develop automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD
• Ensure high availability of IDMC services across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Establish and maintain SLAs for demo environments
• Monitor resources and optimize cloud costs (FinOps)
• Automate deployments with secure CI/CD pipelines and enforce security best practices
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers & Sales Executives; maintain runbooks and docs
