AgileEngine seeks a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will own day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead L2/L3 escalation with LatAm coverage.

Requirements include 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps or SRE, strong AWS/EKS and Argo Workflows expertise, IaC with Terraform, and excellent English communication. LatAm hours and on-call rotation are part of the role.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure experience in production.
• Advanced Kubernetes/AWS EKS skills with workload ops and observability.
• Hands-on Argo Workflows administration and troubleshooting.
• Terraform and IaC with Git-based delivery practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in monitoring/logging/alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
• Root-cause analysis and incident resolution capabilities.
• Automation/scripting with Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Strong English communication and client-facing ability.
• Willingness to cover LatAm service window ~9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET and on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior ownership for Cloud/DevOps service during LatAm window.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows for reliability.
• Define and improve IaC, CI/CD, release processes and environment consistency.
• Lead observability enhancements and link alerts to runbooks.
• Improve alert routing with Splunk, Opsgenie, PagerDuty and Teams.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design reliability improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
• Track service metrics: availability, SLA, deployments, MTTR.
• Enforce change management, access control, auditability in regulated env.
• Create runbooks and docs; mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
