AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps, strong AWS/EKS and Kubernetes expertise, Argo Workflows administration, and Terraform IaC experience, with leadership and strong English communication. LatAm hours and on-call rotation are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS production experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes/EKS expertise.
• Administer and troubleshoot Argo Workflows.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Monitoring and incident tooling experience.
• Root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Scripting in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Strong English communication; LatAm hours 9–6 ET.
• Mentor engineers; collaborate with Data/Security/Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm hours.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows.
• Define and improve IaC standards with Terraform and Git.
• Lead observability improvements across infra and data workloads.
• Improve alert routing across Splunk, Opsgenie, PagerDuty, Teams.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews with stakeholders.
• Design reliability improvements and automation of repetitive work.
• Track service metrics like availability and MTTR.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and promote best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation outside staffed hours.
