The role requires 4+ years in clinical research or healthcare delivery, and a Bachelor's degree.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and client relationships.

• Serve as primary day-to-day client relationship lead for assigned accounts and studies.
• Develop and execute customer success and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, product, and technology areas.
• Monitor delivery performance, budgets, and timelines; report to senior management.
