• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or program of studies (global) and provide leadership to DTLs.
• Provide project management expertise with customer data managers and internal teams.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, process and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Deliver DM services with proactive quality management and root-cause analysis.
