Job summary

Assurant in Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and validate delivered solutions. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst or related role supporting technology solutions.
Minimum 3 years in Agile Scrum environments.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience conducting functional testing, system validation, and UAT support.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to elicit and validate business and system requirements.
Create and maintain PBIs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across LATAM and global regions.
Perform functional, integration, and end‑to‑end testing and support UAT.
Analyze production issues and drive root cause analysis and improvements.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements discussions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI-enabled tooling.
