Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Assess and rationalize existing reporting or analytics portfolios.
• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Develop process maps, documentation, reporting inventories, and roadmaps.
• Identify duplicates, gaps, and opportunities for simplification.
• Able to operate across business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to drive requirements through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop an inventory of reports, dashboards, metrics, and related reporting artifacts.
• Research historical reporting to understand original business needs, audience, and use cases.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, consistency, and value.
• Identify reporting gaps and reports that may no longer serve a meaningful purpose.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace, or decommission reporting.
• Identify stakeholder groups and personas that consume or rely on reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews and working sessions to understand objectives and needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined business and functional requirements.
• Maintain traceability between needs, requirements, reports, metrics, and outcomes.
• Develop a target-state reporting portfolio based on requirements and findings.
