Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, and hands-on Python, with experience using Claude Code or Cursor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development; migrating to Streamlit encouraged.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for coding and data tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements.
