AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data models, collaborate with customers, and help shape data processes in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

We value expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor, with a strong emphasis on data warehousing and accurate analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for AI-assisted coding.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
