AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will use SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, working with data warehouses and data pipelines. The role offers flextime with remote and office options and a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating models to Streamlit
• Hands-on Python development experience
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences
• Navigate ambiguity and set strategy and priorities for projects
