AgileEngine in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop data visualizations, validate data sources, and collaborate with remote teams using SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, and Snowflake, delivering actionable business insights with impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining/migrating models.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
