AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for executives and product teams. You will develop data visuals and contribute to data strategy in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI-assisted coding tools, with flexible remote options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting accuracy.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
