AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, validate data sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives, collaborating with customers and teams across the organization with a strong emphasis on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accuracy.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
