AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Must have 5+ years SQL development and 3+ years Tableau development, plus Python and AI coding tools experience. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data warehousing is required. Flexible, remote-friendly with office options and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self‑guided, strategic manner to determine next steps.
