Job summary

EY GDS in Argentina—Buenos Aires is seeking a local Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Coordinator to join the GDS BCP team. You will help ensure policy compliance, crisis readiness and incident response for EY GDS in the region.

The role involves coordinating risk assessments, resilience activities and BCP exercises across centers, with EY leadership overseeing the program and reporting. Strong communication across cultures and time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in Business Continuity Planning.
• Exposure to Project management, tools designing/implementation.
• Exposure to emerging and evolving technologies like AI, Bots, RPA and tools such and similar as Archer, Everbridge, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps etc

Responsibilities

• Support GDS local and central teams in crisis management, incident management and associated logistics and reporting.
• Support development, implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans.
• Coordinate and support the business during a real crisis situation.
• Support and conduct BCP Exercises across GDS Centers, Walkthroughs through full scale exercises.
• Maintain sound knowledge of EY GDS operations, policies, processes and systems.
